Cultural information, dance lessons and food is part of the program. Our first night focused on the Caribbean and Brazil. For information or reservation please contact our church office, or email to justice @sopres.org.
Immigration Clinic
The Social Justice Ministry launched the dream of having our own Immigration Clinic here at South Presbyterian on July 18th, from 5-9pm. JFON – Justice for Our Neighbors joined us in bringing Immigration Lawyers for free consultation and a workshop on “Know Your Rights”. In these times of fear and isolation, the Spirit of God invites us to proclaim God’s Sovereignty by serving and denouncing all forms of exclusion and privilege.
